“The bed linens were stained with bodily fluids. I don’t think they changed the sheets after the previous guests checked out. I know Wyndham has a policy that only changing the sheets every three days.”

“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

“We enjoyed the cottage that we stayed in, it gave us a little bit more feel of being in a log cabin. However, the property is run down and I'm hoping that they're just not putting any more money into it because they see a renovation coming. Our room and the lobby were the only places that were an appropriate temperature, but the elevators, hallways and breakfast area were very warm each day. Breakfast was good enough, the pool was a hit with the kids and the location was just right. I called the……

“Amazing place to stay! I stayed from a long drive from New Mexico and I slept like a baby. Comfortable and big rooms, great beds, tasty breakfast and safe location. Totally recommend it!”

“The room was very clean and every staff member that I encountered was very pleasant. I love that you get free dinner and free breakfast with your stay and that they allow dogs. I didn’t bring mine this time but it’s nice to know that’s an option when we go visit my daughter in college!”
