“Advertised pool. Pool was closed and emptied automatic failure Room light had a serious flicker before coming on but came on so low score Strange wiring. Bathroom light only came on when fan flipped on as well. Breakfast was sub par either out or felt like taking the only one available Staff was friendly”

“Convenient location, very friendly and polite staff who gave me a couple bottles of water and the check in process was smooth and quick. Nothing too fancy but affordable. The walls/doors a little thin so if you're a light sleeper it might not be the best but it was spot on for me. ”

“Breakfast was very poor. Very little was out and then, not very fresh. Walked into the room and had a huge black spider on the bed. I tv didn't work so we called and he came to fix it. We have a son at college so we come often but need to look at another hotel. Paid too much for what we got.”

“Positives- free breakfast and light dinner buffet available including one free alcoholic drink daily. Friendly staff. Clean enough. Good facility for conference (why I was there). Negatives- I like to walk a lot in a new place and there is VERY little that is walkable. I walked from downtown Columbia/Univ of Missouri 2.5 miles along the interstate back to hotel. Thin, lumpy pillows were really uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep well. ”

“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

“Frist impression when a got at the parking lot wasn't good I saw some guests smoking marijuana and cigarettes at front door " like just hang there with friends " . After that took more than 15 minutes for the front desk person to check us in. The hall was smelling very bad because all the people was smoking right there at the front door. The room was oak just for one night, but need some make over to make better, I didn't went to get breakfast ! can't say anything about. I don't recommend this……
